烧烤调料是用来烧烤肉串,鸡翅,猪排,牛排,烤鸡,烤鸭,以及蔬菜等的专用调味品。烧烤调料主要由很多种天然香辛料经多种工艺精细加工而成的粉末状混合物。能去除原料中的腥味,还能增加产品的口感和香味。烧烤调料可分为烧烤腌制料和烧烤撒料。烤制食品时先用烧烤腌制料将肉类或蔬菜进行腌制几小时后,就直接在烤箱、烤炉、上进行烧烤,快熟的时候将烧烤撒料刷在上面,这样烤出来的食品风味独特,肉质鲜美。
